Work With Your Files in pCloud

- pCloud Drive: Edit files from the desktop app choosing the Edit option from the context menu

- Presentations: PowerPoint files in .pptx format.
- Text files: Plain-text files in .txt format and Markdown files in .md format.

Create and Edit Documents

Use pCloud Docs to create and edit documents and text files directly in pCloud. You can work with formatted document content, plain text, and Markdown without downloading the file first.

The editors use the same pCloud environment across your devices, so you can continue working on the latest saved version of your file.

Edit PDFs and Fill Forms

The PDF editor lets you add, edit, move, and delete annotations. You can use drawings, sticky notes, shapes, and text annotations.

You can also fill in interactive PDF forms, including text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-down lists, and list boxes. Form values are preserved when you save, print, or export the PDF.

Use the Eraser tool to remove annotations. Drag across one or several annotations to delete them, or erase only part of a drawn stroke.

Work With Spreadsheets

The spreadsheet editor lets you edit Excel files and work with cells, number formats, formulas, filters, and drop-down lists. You can also copy formatting from one range and apply it to another by using Format Painter.

Spreadsheets recognize times entered into cells and support elapsed-time formats such as [h]:mm. This allows totals that exceed 24 hours to display correctly.

You can choose Regional settings for each workbook. These settings are saved with the workbook and set the default separator style for new number formats.

Create and Present Slides

The presentation editor lets you edit PowerPoint files directly in pCloud. You can edit text, add and style shapes, images, audio, tables, and charts, and manage slides by reordering, duplicating, hiding, or changing their layouts.

You can also edit animations and transitions, work with speaker notes and comments, and present your slides in full-screen mode. Presentations are saved automatically, helping protect your recent changes.

Collaborate in Real Time

Multiple people can work on the same file at the same time. You can see collaborators in the document, spreadsheet, PDF, presentation, Markdown, or plain-text editor.

Each collaborator keeps the same color for their avatar and cursor during the session. People who are no longer active are shown as idle, making it easier to see who is currently working in the file.

Hover over a collaborator's name label when it covers text. The label fades so you can read the content underneath.
You can work with collaborators once you used the "Invite to folder" option to share with them your documents where you want to work together.

Edit Files on Mobile Devices

pCloud Docs adapts to phone and tablet screens so you can work with your files while you are away from your computer. The editors include touch controls, full-width menus, mobile search and replace, and dialogs designed for the on-screen keyboard.

You can select and edit spreadsheet cells, resize rows and columns, zoom in to PDFs, and use mobile-friendly menus to access editing options.

pCloud Photos AI: organize and explore your photo library

pCloud Photos AI adds smart features on top of the photos you already store in pCloud. When enabled, it can help you search your library by what's in a photo, automatically tag objects and scenes, and organize photos into albums by event. It also includes face grouping, described below, which groups photos containing the same person together and allows you to tag photos by person more easily. pCloud Photos AI is available with newly purchased pCloud Lifetime plans and subscriptions and this feature is off by default. You are never required to turn it on to use pCloud's storage services, and enabling it doesn't cost extra or unlock any other features.
