Brand Your Shared Links

Customize the appearance of your shared links by adding a cover image, title image, headline, and description. This helps you present your files in a more professional and personalized way.

How to add branding to a shared link

You can apply branding in two ways:

Option 1: From the link settings

  1. Go to my.pcloud.com
  2. Navigate to the file or folder
  3. Click Share -> Share link
  4. In the link settings window, select Branding
  5. Add your: Cover image, Title image, Headline, Description
  6. Click Save

Option 2: From the Shared links section

  1. Go to my.pcloud.com
  2. Open Shared -> Links
  3. Select a link
  4. Click Edit Branding
  5. Customize your branding
  6. Click Save

General vs Custom branding

  • Custom branding: applies to a specific link only
  • General branding: applies to all shared links

Custom branding overrides general branding for that specific link.

How to remove branding

Remove branding from a specific link

  1. Go to Shared -> Links
  2. Select the link
  3. Click Edit Branding
  4. Click Clear or remove the elements
  5. Save changes

Remove general branding

  1. Go to Shared -> Links -> Branding
  2. Edit your general branding
  3. Click Clear

Removing general branding will not affect links with custom branding.

Important notes

  • Branding applies per link, not per folder or account (unless using General branding)
  • Changes are visible immediately when opening the link
  • Branding does not affect file content - only presentation
  • This feature is web-only and not available in desktop or mobile apps
